How far in advance should we book?

For weddings and peak-season Saturdays, booking several months in advance is recommended. For other events, availability varies, but the sooner you reach out, the more likely your date will be open.

Do you travel outside Petoskey, Charlevoix, Boyne City, and Gaylord?

Yes. Most events within the greater Northern Michigan area are covered. For events further out, a travel fee may apply depending on distance and timing.

What does the wedding package include?

A typical wedding package includes professional sound, dance floor lighting, wireless microphones, basic atmospheric effects (as available), and all announcements and hosting throughout the event.

Can we request specific songs or “do not play” tracks?

Absolutely. You can share must-play songs, general preferences, and any songs or genres you’d like to avoid. The music is tailored to your event and your guests.

How long is your typical setup time?

Setup usually takes 60–90 minutes before guests arrive, depending on access and layout. This is scheduled so everything is ready before your event begins.

What’s required to secure a date?

A signed agreement and deposit are required to officially reserve your date. The remaining balance is typically due closer to the event date.
